Synopsis

A collection of comics and stories, including -- "The Steelville Story" , featuring Uncle Sam :  Under a thick mantle of polluted air lies Steelville.  Appalled by the disgraceful conditions the families are forced to live in, Uncle Sam decides to take action to help change such a public disgrace. -- "Death Rides the Racetrack" , featuring Quicksilver :  The preliminary heats have been run and the main event is about to take place.  A driver named Reilly is out to murder another one of his opponents for snitching on his gang.  The crowd can only watch on because there's no one fast enough to stop it... except perhaps Quicksilver! PLUS :  Sally O'Neil, Kid Patrol, Prop Powers, Kid Dixon, and more!!
